Remix America

We're in deep trouble, folks... everyone knows it. David Brooks writes in today's NY TIMES about the need for leaders like Teddy Roosevelt to break through with huge vision and gigantic initiatives. 

Member CHAGORA did this Teddy Roosevelt Remix, taking Teddy's voice and images. These are inspiring words -- "Surely there never was a fight better worth making than the one that we are in!" -- that we'd all love to hear from any candidate today. 

Brooks writes about the five big issues: the erosion of the social contract, the energy shortage, the stagnation of human capital, the need for financial market reform, and infrastructure reform. Big problems, yes... but we've tackled the big problems before.
